Automotive Quality Management Lead Auditor Training Course

This course is a variation of our very successful IRCA Registered ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Course and has been specifically designed and developedfor people involved in auditing within the automotive industry supply chain and to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009.

This intensive, challenging and highly interactive IRCA registered 5-day training program is for those people who require an in depth understanding of second and third party quality auditing in an automotive environment. It aims to enable you to lead an audit team whose objective it is to audit the quality management system of an automotive sector organisation against the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009 and/or ISO 9001:2000. The course will also equip you with a sound knowledge of the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009 and the quality management principles that underpin it.

As well as helping you perform capable and value-adding audits, this course will also develop your wider understanding of quality management systems design and implementation especially customer satisfaction, continual improvement and the management of processes. .

This course is aimed at people working in the automotive sector and will be of particular benefit for 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers to the automotive sector, those people required to perform internal audits on automotive within their own organisation, and also to automotive sector quality managers responsible for implementing and managing an ISO/TS 16949:2009 based system.
