Objectives:After the course, attendees will be able to apply various statistical methods for both continuous and discrete data, to interpret the output from Enterprise Guide tasks and to store information via the output delivery system for subsequent reporting. The course will use statistical and graphical tasks to cover both descriptive and graphical data exploration techniques, hypothesis testing, sampling methods and the comparison of two groups of data.
Audience:This course is for statisticians, data analysts and scientists wishing to explore and analyse data with Enterprise Guide. The course is appropriate for those making use of statistics in all industries.
Attendees should have an understanding of statistical concepts and be trained to at least fundamental level in Enterprise Guide. Whilst this course provides a brief overview of each methodology discussed, it does not intend to teach statistical methods. This course demonstrates how to utilise Enterprise Guide to apply statistical methodologies and how to interpret the output generated by Enterprise Guide tasks. SAS Programming is not part of this course.

Training courses are classroom based and are a mixture of demonstration sessions and workshop sessions. All Amadeus Software public events are held at our training centre, Mulberry House, a recently renovated Victorian building which is located in a wonderful setting overlooking Church Green, in the centre of Witney. Our training room is equipped with the latest hardware, software and demonstration equipment.
Refreshments are provided throughout the day and can be enjoyed in our café area with a flat screen TV and magazines, or outside in our beautiful walled garden where there is also a pool table in the heated log cabin to use. Wireless and internet access are available during the course breaks.
There is plenty of quality local accommodation and a good variety of pubs and restaurants including The Fleece next door, which was a favorite watering-hole of Dylan Thomas when he lived in the nearby village of South Leigh.
