Its aim is to support and develop management excellence and it provides a wide range of services to members, corporate organisations and individuals accordingly. This remit includes presenting the Chartered Management Institute’s Short Course Programme for Management and Professional Development. ProSeminar usually restricts course participants to a maximum of 12 people per course (often less) to ensure high levels of interaction and participation.
