New PRINCE2® 2009 Combined Foundation and Practitioner 5-day training course

This intensive 5-day PRINCE2 Combined Foundation and Practioner training course is designed to maximize examination success, but also to provide confidence in using PRINCE2®. In this course delegates are provided with guidance and examples on the exam formats. 

The course combines a mixture or trainer led and practical sessions, delivered by an experienced trainer who has firsthand knowledge of working in Project Management.

By the end of this PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course participants will be able to:

• Understand how to plan and organize PRINCE2® projects
• Use the PRINCE2® method to ensure product quality is delivered
• Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2® project
• Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
• Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
• Tailor the PRINCE2® method to appropriately to projects
• Complete the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner examinations

This PRINCE2 Foundation course is designed for practicing project managers, project assurance and project support that need to attain formal recognition of their skills by taking the PRINCE2® examinations. Both exams are taken during the weeks training.

There are no prerequisites for this course, but at least 20 hours pre-course preparation is required.  Pre-course reading, interactive CD and e-support are all provided.

This Non-Residential PRINCE2 Combined Foundation and Practitioner training course takes place at locations in Bournmouth, London Gatwick and Central London, and can also be taken as a Residential course.

EXAMS: The Foundation exam is one hour, closed book, multiple choice. The Practitioner exam is a two and a half hour, open book case study based exam using an objective test format (which is a sophisticated multiple choice). 

On successful completion of the examination participants will be awarded the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate.
