I work in IT and have experienced several training providers over the years, but the best I have ever been to is Quanta Training in Worcester, UK.
They offer a wide range of courses - Unix to ASP, Oracle to SQL Server. They are well presented, the premises, training materials and tutors are very, very good indeed.

I have been to about four courses with them - ranging from 5 days to one day - each has been really helpful. What I like about this company is that the courses do lead to certification by Microsoft (if you want) and they are open and friendly. The receptionist is a star - and there is always tea, coffee, biscuits and toast on the go!
