Capital Training (SW) Ltd wins Social Inclusion Award from Careers Wales

Capital Training (SW) Ltd, two years in a row, has proved that their strategy to training todays youth in construction has yet again been regarded as the best in the industry.

The 'Most Valued Partner Award' is awarded by Careers Wales for organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to one or more out of five key strategic areas.

The awards panel met last week and awarded the 'Social Inclusion Young People Award' to Capital Training. The youth offending team present at the nominations stated 'the continuous support and understanding by the staff at Capital Training has allowed young people who are in contact with the Youth justice system to move successfully into education and training. By definition our young people can be the most difficult and challenging. Capital Training work tirelessly to help provide young people with a positive experience of learning, as most have failed in learning settings to date'
