Highlander, the award winning Adobe authorised training provider, has launched a No Cancellation Guarantee across the majority of it's public scheduled courses.

As Andy Gardiner, MD of Highlander explains "At Highlander we aim to run 100% of our scheduled classes, and it is extremely rare that we ever have to cancel a course. Unfortunately this can't be said for all training providers, and we hear of other companies regularly cancelling courses at the last minute, and even advertising "ghost" dates just to get the phone ringing." 

"This is misleading and unethical, and clearly not how we operate at Highlander, which is why we decided to introduce our "No Cancellations Guarantee" across the majority of our public scheduled courses. The guarantee is simple, if you book a course with us that is covered by the guarantee, and we have to cancel it, we will refund the course fee and you get a free place on the next class." 

The No Cancellation Guarantee is being applied to all of Highlander's London scheduled classes on Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Flash andActionScript, as well as the companies popular CS5 Design Bootcamp^®, CS5 Advanced Design Bootcamp^® and CS5 Web Bootcamp^®.
