TACK International have recently designed and delivered a PREMIER Trainer Programme for H.J. Heinz Co. Ltd. Throughout both the design and delivery stages of this project TACK have shown immense flexibility towards both process and delivery. Beneficial long and short term leadership coaching
I have worked within my organisation successfully over many years however I was very keen to subject my management style to some external scrutiny and challenge. I was particularly looking forward to the unique 1 to 1 approach offered by this programme. The programme surpassed my expectations, it was far more practical and penetrating than I ever imagined

When I left my last coaching session I felt completely focussed and positive, in a way I had never experienced before. I couldn’t think negatively even when I tried! I fully intend to carry on working with Ethical Influence both in terms of my own management and leadership development and in relation to my own managers. I see many benefits, long and short term to individuals and most importantly to my organisation.

Clarifying the fundamentals for business success
I find Richards ideas and focus very beneficial in identifying where opportunities exist, the path to take and with his extensive network of similar, like minded people has enabled me to adapt and plan my business projects more effectively and draw on a wide range of experience. Richard helps to formulate ideas, can quickly identify needs and is very apt at discarding what is clouding the picture to enable a clear view of what fundamentals need to be satisfied to achieve the required results. I would not hesitate to recommend any organisation or person from meeting and speaking with Richard in a wide range of business scenarios including e-commerce, Internet solutions and recruitment, business planning and analysis. Truly Inspirational Leadership!
I was invited to attend an Ethical Influence “Inspirational Leadership” open course earlier this year and went along with an open mind. It was an inspirational occasion! The subject matter was solid and reasonably typical of a good Leadership programme. However the deliver was something else!

It was truly memorable. Richard moved between coaching, training and counselling as he worked with us individually and as a team throughout day. It was all very powerful and memorable. Richard is a very able and capable training and development specialist.

We chose Excel because of their knowledge of the Standards, practical experience and extensive training track record. More importantly, however, was the preparedness of Excel to not just propose their normal ISO type training, but to tailor this specifically to the existing Electrolux methods. Moreover the project came together in a most timely fashion and on budget.
