In business we all wish our people problems would just "disappear" don’t we? When things go wrong the associated costs of mediation, grievances, tribunals in monetary terms alone are huge and when you add the cost in people, such as loss of motivation, disenfranchised teams, resentment, in some cases putting the same people back in to the same room, it hardly bares thinking about.
