Course description
You will learn about key studies and approaches in a variety of areas of psychology from social psychology to biological psychology and apply them to aggression, gender and consumer behaviour.

Training Course Content
This qualification is the equivalent of an A Level and can be studied alongside two A Level qualifications.
The units studied include:
- Psychological Approaches and Applications
- Conducting Psychological Research
- Health Psychology
- Introduction to Psychopathology
In the second year, you will learn about health and psychology, including stress and illness and explanations and treatments of mental disorders.
Course delivery details
You will have the opportunity to conduct your own research study and write it up as a piece of formal coursework.
You will be assessed via a mixture of internally marked coursework and externally set exams.
