Course description
This qualification helps you to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to professionally install and carry out initial verification and testing on new electrical installations and then to undertake the inspection and testing of existing electrical installations.You will update your knowledge of techniques and legislation to the latest industry standard guidelines as required by the current BS7671 regulations. This award is ideal for qualified electricians wishing to update their knowledge of electrical installation techniques. You will work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and of ensuring that work meets the required standard set within the current BS 7671 wiring regulations, the required standard within all electrical installation systems.

You will already be employed in the Electrical industry. All applicants will need to attend an interview before they are offered a place on this course.
