Train the Trainer- 2-Day Training - In-House Training
In this train-the-trainer workshop, you will learn the best communication and teaching strategies to best educate your team. You will look at how people learn - do they approach learning through a pragmatist, reflector, activist or a theorist perspective? If you're planning a training session you will need to ensure that you have every element of those training styles to help people learn in the most effective way possible
The trainer will help you look at your communication skills as a trainer and how you can be as approachable, engaging, enthusiastic, and motivational as possible. You will brush up on your body-language, tone of voice, and choice of words to help you make information stick.
In this unique course, you will get practical experience by delivering a training on the second day to the class. You will put the previous day's training to work and receive practical feedback.
Competitions will sit with discussions theory and quizzes. Your instructor, Margaret Hartley has been training people for over 20 years and promises to make the 2-day training meaningful and - fun!

How to Deliver a Training: On day 2, you will deliver a training to the class to utilise newly-learned skills and receive feedback.
