Course description
This course is suggessted for students who are at least 16-18 and are interested in careers in business. This is a two year Level 3 course and is designed to equip students to apply knowledge to business situations. It is equivalent to two GCE A levels. The course covers a range of Business concepts with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing. On this course, you will get the opportunity to attend a variety of talks and excursions related to your assignments to enhance your understanding of the Business world. On completion students get a double distinction grade or above from the course could take you on to a business related degree course in higher education. A double merit grade will provide entry on to a foundation degree course or a management trainee job
Suitability - Who should attend?
Students need to have at least 4 Grades A* - C or new GCSE 9-4 in National Curriculum subjects at GCSE (including English Language) or a Merit/Distinction at an appropriate Level 2 course.
