PRINCE2® is like a recipe book for project management: just like a recipe book provides step-by-step instructions for preparing a dish, PRINCE2® provides a structured framework for managing projects. It helps ensure that all the necessary steps are followed and the project is completed successfully in a linear manner from the first to the last step.
Despite its fixed structure, PRINCE2® can be tailored to accommodate a project of any size or type and it demonstrates how you can break complex projects into manageable & controllable steps. If you manage change projects or hope to do so, PRINCE2® is an asset to have in your arsenal!
Once completing your PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation, you can benefit from progressing to the PRINCE2® Practitioner to achieve Registered Practitioner status. Most students looking to validate their skills as flexible and versatile Project Professionals achieve PRINCE2® Agile certifications, too. Our Project Management Career Programme is the preferred route for students looking to kickstart their careers as Project Professionals.
