PRINCE2® is like a recipe book for project management: just like a recipe book provides step-by-step instructions for preparing a dish, PRINCE2® provides a structured framework for managing projects. It helps ensure that all the necessary steps are followed and the project is completed successfully in a linear manner from the first to the last step.
Despite its fixed structure, PRINCE2® can be tailored to accommodate a project of any size or type and it demonstrates how you can break complex projects into manageable and controllable steps. If you manage change projects or hope to do so, PRINCE2® is an asset to have in your arsenal!
Once completing your PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation, you can benefit from progressing to the PRINCE2® Practitioner to achieve Registered Practitioner status. Most students looking to validate their skills as flexible and versatile Project Professionals achieve PRINCE2® Agile certifications, too. Our Project Management Career Programme is the preferred route for students looking to kickstart their careers as Project Professionals.
