Wide range of management styles

It covered a wide range of management styles. The parts I found most useful were offering feedback and also the performance review sections.

Good guidance for management role

I have some better guidance coming out of the training to take into my approach to management now. The Role Plays made me think about different scenarios I hadn't before.

Excellent presenter

Nick was an excellent presenter, he kept the sessions very interesting and entertaining. The LACPOMAC approach to a sale makes perfect sense to me and it is easy to remember.
