This webinar will provide an introduction to the consumer credit regime including key provisions under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for regulated consumer credit and hire agreements. It is aimed at legal and compliance professionals who are new to consumer credit regulation or are keen to refresh and update their knowledge.


Topics discussed will include the scope of the CCA, determining when an agreement will be regulated by the CCA, the essentials of regulated credit and hire agreements, and unfair relationship provisions.
