Course description

‘ESG’ may be seen as a buzzword for marketing purposes, but it is an agenda which has substance and should not be ignored. Accountants need to develop plans in relation to each element of ESG and encourage their clients to think about how ESG impacts their financial plans against the backdrop of international actions such as BEPS and global minimum tax rate.

Tax is ubiquitous and infiltrates all aspects of financial and commercial activity. It impacts behaviour and so this power can be harnessed to further the ESG agenda.

Presented by Christy Wilson of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, this webinar will demystify the developing role of taxation and ESG in practice.
