Course description
Recent changes to the CQS standard brought about a new onsite assessment regime which accredited firms will be subject to as part of demonstrating their compliance with the CQS Scheme Rules.
Designed in conjunction with former CQS Lead Assessor Tracy Thompson, this e-learning module will assist you in understanding the changes to the regime and getting to know the Core Practice Management Standard (CPMS). With interactive learning activities, knowledge checks and key reminder messages, you can take each section at your own pace, picking up where you left off and are able to see your progress throughout.
An invaluable support to fee earners will be for support staff to be aware of the requirements of the CPMS so they can play their part in assisting with compliance with the CQS standard.

The purpose of this e-learning module is:
- To understand the changes to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) regime
- To get to know the Core Practice Management Standard (CPMS)
An invaluable support to fee earners will be for support staff to be aware of the requirements of the Core Practice Management Standard so they can play their part in assisting with compliance with the CQS standard.
This short e-learning programme will ensure that support staff are up to speed with the requirements of the CQS Scheme and how they can help the firm meet their obligations.
