Course description

This virtual classroom seminar will be an invaluable tool for all employment law litigators and will provide hints and tips on how to improve your drafting. Ideally, participants will have already undertaken the introductory session Employment Tribunal Documentation - How to Improve Your Drafting Skills, but it is not essential to have done so.


Join the ever-popular Alastair Hodge, a barrister who specialises in employment law and is a Senior Advocacy Trainer for the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, as he discusses key topics including Scott Schedules in discrimination cases, and notices and grounds of appeal in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.


Skeleton arguments will also be explored in detail, along with a practical drafting exercise for all delegates to complete in advance of the course.
