Training Course Content

Introduction

The JCT 2024 edition was introduced in April 2024 and is intended to replace the much-used JCT2016. However, publication is in increments, so we expect to see JCT2016 still being used for some time until all the new forms are published and the contract family is complete.

As JCT has long been a contract form of choice, particularly though not exclusively for private sector works, and can be used in all sizes and types of projects, whether involving design or not, it remains popular, so getting ready for the new edition is a must.

This series of 6 modular webinars will teach you all the key points about JCT so you can start to get to grips with this form of contract and use it successfully as the basis for your projects, including key new areas for using JCT 2024.

It is suitable for all those in procurement, contract management, project management, costs management, site management, risk management and law.
