The session will also consider how choosing a small number of meaningful and measurable KPIs can make a big difference to the quality of your firm’s internal financial reporting.


It is presented by Ian Johnson, who has considerable experience in advising a diverse pool of law firms on all aspects of financial reporting and accounting matters.
