Presented by employment law expert Kathy Daniels, this virtual classroom seminar will look at a range of different issues and policies, thinking about the way that an employer can offer the most support to the employee.

This new virtual classroom seminar will look at a range of different scenarios - before, during and at the end of employment, thinking about the legal implications and what this means for the way that the employer manages the situations.
