This webinar will deal with Children Act applications in relation to private law cases with an international dimension.


Presented by expert speaker Sarah Lucy Cooper, this 1 hour update will explore current trends in common contact orders overseas, such as nesting orders and shared care, as well as provisions internationally, orders v undertakings, changes in circumstances and how they might impact on the original order, enforcement and within the UK under the Family Law Act 1986.


Sarah is an experienced specialist Family Lawyer with a particular emphasis on international cases. She is a member of the International Committee of Resolution, the International Committee of the Bar Council and founded the British Spanish Law Association.
