The protection of privilege and confidentiality is a key client concern when dealing with internal investigations.
During this virtual classroom seminar, Carol Davis KC will look at how best to protect confidentiality and privilege during an internal investigation.
In addition to offering practical guidance, the session will look at recent case law regarding the scope of the ‘iniquity’ principle and consider when and in what circumstances the legal privilege exemption in s.43B(4) Employment Rights Act 1996 applies to defeat whistleblowing claims.
