The Sentencing Council have just announced overarching guidelines dealing with the approach to be taken to pregnant defendants and defendants who are new mothers.


This 30-minute webinar examines those guidelines and looks at recent Court of Appeal caselaw on the principles underpinning sentencing defendants with dependents.
