Course description

Aimed at law, accountancy and surveying firms, this in-person workshop will focus on how to lead and drive change in a professional practice. As well as providing strategies for effective leadership styles and driving change, the session will also explore solutions to some of the most common challenges faced.


Topics covered will include why change is so difficult, styles of leadership and motivation, breaking out of comfort zones, complacency, and supporting individual and organisational change. 20 tips to help your change management programme will be outlined, together with some key change management insights.


Presenter Kim Tasso is a management and marketing consultant for surveyors, lawyers and accountants. She has spent the last 20 years specialising in professional services strategic management so is well-placed to offer guidance on this topic.
