The Charities Act 2022 received royal assent on 24 February 2022.


Presented by expert speaker Claris D’cruz, this webinar will explore the provisions for updating the constitutions of Royal Charter charities, charitable companies, charitable incorporated organisations, and unincorporated charities which were brought into force on 7 March 2024.


Claris will also discuss how the rules for updating charity constitutions are being aligned for incorporated and unincorporated charities, the new processes for making amendments, and when these changes came into effect.
