This comprehensive training programme leading to the recognised ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management helps participants develop the skills needed to become inspirational project leaders and successful project managers.

This tools-based programme gives delegates the core skills needed to be able to manage and lead a project successfully. The course shows why successful project management involves a complex process of changing behaviours, based on an understanding of leadership and on the development of a range of personal and interpersonal skills.
