I felt that the time spent on formatting reports etc was covered in the introductory course and could be replaced with further more intermediate content
Give out an USB memory stick with the databses used during the class; some excercises; examples and a soft copy of the handouts.

Overall very happy; although perhaps more topics need to be covered in intermediate and more time for delegates to have a go themselves at the tasks.
The table of information made more interesting as it is really generic about customer; products ID; Transaction; shipping. Maybe more diverse categories or DB topics
