Difficulty in my coaching - Forum

Hi folks, Coming from a tech background but now managing a team of 15, I find I have plenty of the skills I want to impart to others, but find it difficult to actually coach my prjocet group. I think a coaching course would help me improve my planning, organising and staffing. Can you suggest a course or school that could be relevant for me? Regards, Stu H.
