Thanks for posting!
There are many great course options for improving your public speaking skills. If you just go to the findcourses.co.uk homepage and then click the drop down arrow on "Training Category", select Communications Skills and then Presentation Skills. There you will find a bunch of courses about public speaking!

Your mental strength and understanding the audience can improve your public speaking power a lot. I have another suggestion engage with people and find opportunity to speak. This is interesting but works.
