Hi I sat press regs in 1990 do i need to resit them?

thank you for posting.

Just to clarify, by PRES do you mean the Pre-Registration Examination System (PRES), or in other words the "entry" examinations needed to work as a doctor in Ireland?

In the world of training, there are often acronyms that mean more than one thing so I just want to make sure I have it right!

If you are referring to the Pre-Registration Examination System: if you have passed both Level 2 and Level 3 then do, I do not believe you are required to sit either again. If, however, you sat Level 2 but didn't pass the Level 3 within the required timeframe, then you may have to re-apply. The best thing is probably to contact the Medical Council directly for direct confirmation.
