I want to learn hygiene. Looking for a course for kitchen staff here in Denmark and where i have to learn it - can u give me an idea about it.

thanks for posting.

We have a dedicated Food Safety category where you can find a number of different training companies offering this kind of training. I don't believe we currently have anyone offering public courses in Denmark, but if you are looking for training for a group of kitchen staff, then you can request information and ask for a quote for them to deliver the training in Denmark - most providers will happily travel to bring the training to you.

Alternatively, you can check out our Danish sister site finduddannelse.dk - they are sure to have both classroom and in-house options delivered by Danish providers. The added benefit of choosing a provider based in Denmark is that they are likely to be more familiar with Danish legislation in food safety (a British provider specialising in the area would definitely be able to develop a suitable programme, but they may need more time to familiarise themselves with the Danish regulations).
