Thanks for your question and apologies if this reply is a little late.
I think you will find that most providers that deliver Microsoft Excel and Outlook training in-house have the possibility of bringing laptops along with them.
They may have a limited number, but anyone who delivers PC-based training of this kind will generally be able to make arrangements to meet the client's needs.
The other thing to bear in mind is that, while you may prefer to have the training run on your premises for number of other reasons, the training companies will generally also have their own facilities where they can train groups of people. This is often referred to as "off site" training. The benefit here is that all the equipment will already be up and running already, so there is really no risk of losing any time with setting up.
