In the modern working environment conflict management (and/or conflict resolution - the two terms are sometimes used interchangeably but many consider them to be two distinct processes) is a critical skill for any professional to have, particuarly at managerial level. So much so that in recent research it has been indicated as one of the top 20 skills that 21st century workers should have to be truly effective.
This is just to say that, being recognised as so important, there are a wide variety of conflict management courses to choose from across the UK.
You say "us" so I assume that there are several of you in the company interested in this kind of training - the best thing for your to do in this case is to have a look through the list of training providers offering in-house courses in conflict management to see which one best meets your needs in terms of content, but also duration, price etc. Generally speaking, all of them will almost certainly focus on devising appropriate conflict management solutions / strategies, but take a look at the course content details to see how they differ, and which one seems like the most suitable for your needs.
