thanks for your question.

An O licence is described by the Freight Transport Association as "the legal authority needed to operate goods vehicles in Great Britain".

There are different types of license depending on the types of goods that you transfer and who you do it for. The scheme is administered by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, and there are a number of requirements that you need to fulfil in order for your application to be successful.

For those who already have an O licence, there are actually some training seminars dedicated to guaranteeing & maintaining compliance with O licensing regulations.
