Findcourses was formed in 2009 to be the UK arm of a large education family that spans Europe and Northern America. We conduct independent research into learning and development trends to try and understand:
- How companies leverage learning and development
- How learning and development can be deployed effectively within companies
- Whether people have more access to training over time
- How many days people spend on training per year
- Whether training priorities in the UK have shifted
