Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Online course
Lean Six Sigma combines the best of two proven business improvement approaches - Lean and Six Sigma. Both rely on data to identify and solve problems, and both put a strong focus on high levels of quality, customer satisfaction and waste removal. Done right, Lean Six Sigma can transform a culture, increasing staff morale and boosting productivity and profitability.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training allows you to tackle small, department-level problems at your place of work, or support a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to solve much larger, multifunctional issues.You’ll be able to take a structured, strategic approach to problem solving, which will address the root causes of issues and stop them returning.
This online course from 100% Effective is fully mobile optimised so you can access it on your desktop, tablet or mobile device. The course is engaging and interactive, with games, quizzes, puzzles and animations to help hold your attention and cement your learning. There are offline tools and exercises too, to ensure you don’t feel chained to your desk. You must submit a project in order to certify.
It around 50-80 hours to complete, including offline work and your improvement project. You’re entitled to two hour-long coaching sessions and unlimited email support to help you complete your project. You will gain 80 CPD points upon successful completion.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is designed for people with management or leadership roles, and those for which problem solving is a part of their regular working day.
You will gain the ability to confidently run small projects on your own, or work with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to run larger, more challenging projects.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a commonly requested qualification in leadership positions, particularly in the manufacturing industry which has long benefited from the data-based improvement that Lean Six Sigma provides. However, increasingly managers and team leaders in other industries are expected to have a qualification or some experience in process improvement.
Following completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course with 100% Effective you will be able to:
