Suitability - Who should attend?
There are no entry requirements for this course.
You will need soft sole ballet shoes and comfortable clothing you can move in. Also bring water in case you may need it during the class.
Training Course Content
The class includes barre work and centre practice which you can take at your own pace and level. Classical ballet exercises are designed to strengthen the feet, legs, arm and core.
