AudoCAD 3D Training Course - 2 day Autodesk Authorised Training Course
This 2 day AutoCAD 3D training course explores the fundamental concepts and workflows for creating 3D models using AutoCAD, making use of hands-on exercises representing real-world scenarios to provide a thorough grounding in 3D fundamentals.
On completion of this course, delegates will be able to:
- Represent a design by creating solid primitives, solid or surface models from cross-sectional geometry, or composite models from multiple solid materials
- Complete a solid model design by adding the necessary features to detail, duplicate and position 3D models
- Convert 2D objects to 3D objects
- Document a 3D design by creating 2D drawings for production and visualisation
- Communicate design ideas using visual styles, lights, model walk-through tools and renderings

On-demand AutoCAD 3D courses (for your group) can be run on a date and at a location that suits you, which may be the Armada training centre in Bromsgrove or your own venue.
AutoCAD information
Scheduled AutoCAD 3D courses run in 2013 are based on AutoCAD 2013, although most of the techniques taught are relevant to all recent releases of AutoCAD. If you are using a different version of AutoCAD, the trainer will be happy to spend time looking at this with you during the course.
On-demand courses for groups can be run on any recent version, from AutoCAD 2000 to AutoCAD 2013.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This AutoCAD 3D training course is designed for users proficient in producing 2D drawings in AutoCAD, who now want to take advantage of AutoCAD's 3D drawing and modelling capabilities. No previous 3D modelling experience is necessary.
Prerequisites: Delegates must be able to produce 2D drawings in AutoCAD to attend this course. To gain proficiency in AutoCad 2D, delegates can complete the Learning AutoCAD for beginners training course

Autodesk e-certificate

Scheduled AutoCAD 3D training (2 days): £495 + VAT per delegate. This price is inclusive of all relevant course documentation, refreshments and a buffet lunch. Discounts available for multiple bookings.
On-demand AutoCAD 3D course, exclusively for your group (2 days): £1,000 + VAT for the first delegate, plus £100 + VAT per subsequent delegate. This is for a course hosted in Bromsgrove.
Continuing Studies
Following all AutoCAD training, delegates are entitled to 30 days email support from Armada to help with any post-training issues.
