Aspen Wolf are specialists in delivering apprenticeships to staff as part of development programmes, we can also support in the recruitment of new apprentices within the business by working with our recruitment department.

We are able to work with levy and non-levy paying employers to support their apprenticeship training needs alongside a main provider. Due to our strong quality process and sector knowledge, Aspen Wolf are a supporting provider on the Register of Training Providers.

We offer an inclusive learning experience to all of your staff by carrying out full inductions to get to know them, their role within the business and to identify areas of development. To create rapport and a supportive relationship, we aim to spend time with the managerial team to understand areas of strength and weakness within each department.
