CQI IRCA Certified ISO 9001 Foundation Training Course - Quality Assurance and Auditing - Open Course
In this highly interactive 1 day ISO 9001 foundation course, delegates will be equipped with a thorough knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 and the fundamentals of a quality management system.
The course will pass on a strong foundation in the following areas:
- Quality management systems
- Quality management principles
- The ISO 9000 family of standards – ISO 9000, ISO 9001 & ISO 9004
- Quality terminology
- Interpreting the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard

Suitability - Who should attend?
This course is aimed towards professionals new to ISO interested in gaining knowledge of the clauses of ISO 9001, those who already work as an auditor but need a refresher as well as those looking to attend an auditing course but do not have the demanded prior knowledge.
