Leading Effective Teams - In-House Training
Teams are not a group of individuals who share the same manager and workplace. Rather, teams are a group of individuals who reach targets and meet objectives by harnessing the commitment and talent of every individual in that team.
In this 1-day workshop, your trainer will demonstrate the difference between a manager and a leader and the challenges and deep rewards that stem from leadership.
Your trainer will help you evaluate your communication skills and style and optimize them to best communicate with your team. In addition, you will be given practical strategies for handling challenging situations and team members, delegation, and meetings.
There will be no "death by powerpoint" in this 1-day training. You will enjoy this training filled with practical sessions, competitions, discussion, and theory and come away with a really great action plan.
