Excel Intermediate 2010
This full-day course is aimed at anyone who would like to be able to produce Spreadsheet documents. Applicants should have some experience of using Excel or completed “Excel – Introduction” training.

How will I benefit from this course?
By the end of the session, all participants should be able to produce a Spreadsheet document. The skills you will learn will help you to be able to create, edit and format large or multiple spreadsheets. Participants will also be able to perform calculations and functions within a workbook, manipulate data lists and create custom charts which will enable the user to maintain and present data in a professional environment. You will also receive a Certificate of Attendance in recognition of the new skills you have acquired.
What will the course cover?
- Amending column widths
- Wrapping cell contents & Naming cells
- Use functions: SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT/COUNTA/COUNTIF, MIN & MAX
- Use the IF & SQRT Functions
- Use relative and absolute cell references
- Working with multiple workbooks and worksheets
- Freezing panes
- Renaming worksheets
- Copying and switching worksheets between workbooks
- Linking, Sorting & Filtering Data
- Creating an exploded pie chart
