I enjoyed the course however, I believe it should be split into two and have one course for beginners /intermediate and one for advanced in order to go into deeper dives and high level strategy etc.

The Course was well organized. I enjoyed it so much. I have attended so many courses in my procurement carrier but this was the best. The way the facilitators combined the issues of Procurement, Risk and Audit was so marvellous. The course document was also properly arranged

Well presented, facilitated course for the modern day EA. Richard Arnott imparts a wealth of experience and knowledge whilst providing clear and professional learning materials for duration of course. Interesting and thought provoking group exercises throughout. Highly recommended.

The course was very varied and covered a lot of subjects, the material sent to us afterwards was extremely helpful and gives a good base to put what was taught into practice. it was lengthy and a lot of information to take in, in the 5 days but the breaks were well placed and this helped keeping focussed.

The course was well paced and enjoyable. I’m not sure how much immediate relevance it has but it was definitely a good opportunity to refresh some subjects and introduce new ones. Thank you

This course is a good introduction to the myriad of 'hats' an EA is required to wear. Topics are varied and presented in easily digestible chunks. Workbook could benefit from an index at the start

The course has been really interesting. It has shown me how to run a business, what is all involved and how an executive assistant can support her executive. Richard is a very good trainer and entertainer.

Amazing! It was an opportunity for me to have attended the Fleming/BMTG in Nairobi. The course content was well planned and was an import resource to me. For the Trainer, Mr. Richard Arnott is a Trainer by calling who trains while mentoring from his rich experience. I argue fellow EA’s who have not attended the course to consider taking it. ...

The Trainer is very experienced and gives his life examples. I liked the fact the he is at the Executives level and therefore gives us what the Executives would expect from their Assistants. The content is very rich and practical.

The course was amazing, it gave me an insight into how the EA role functions and how we can transform to become business partners and not get stagnant in our current roles. The course material and the exercises were too good and helped in collaboration. The best part was networking and getting to know how people and the role functions in differe...

The training was quite intensive and it covers a wide range of topics to adequately equip the modern day Executive Assistant for the task ahead. I would however want to suggest that an audio of the training could be made available to participants after the training. It will assist them greatly when they are revising the training manual and it wi...
