Overview
This 3-day course is designed not only to enhance your legal knowledge, but
also to look at the broader issues that you need to consider in acquiring good
practice in this sensitive and demanding area of work. Case studies in groups
will enable you to apply your knowledge and exchange ideas.

This course will provide a practical insight into the areas of law, practice and procedure for those people who wish to apply for membership of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation scheme.
