Overview
This course will give practitioners a practical overview of the legal, equitable and restitutionary remedies available before the English courts. This course is supported by practical exercises throughout.

This course will be of benefit to newly qualified and trainee solicitors and will also serve as a useful overview and refresher for those already practising in, or returning to, this field.
