Effective Boilerplate Clauses
Boilerplate clauses may appear unglamorous when the heat is on to get the deal done, but your failure to include appropriate boilerplate clauses or amend standard clauses to suit your clients instructions, can come back to haunt you, if the deal goes sour.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This course will be of benefit to you if you are a trainee or newly qualified solicitor, or have little knowledge of drafting commercial agreements and are looking to gain further knowledge in this area.

- Identify the key boilerplate provisions that are encountered in commercial contracts
- Understand when and why they are needed
- Strengthen your ability to draft these clauses effectively on behalf of your clients
- Understand through the use of practical exercises what constitutes best practice.br>
