This workshop is designed to give an overview of what Ethics is and how it affects our organisations. The one-day workshop will look at some Ethical issues that have been faced by organisations, and how they addressed them. For example, why have Sainsburys introduced their &own brand fairtrade coffee?One of the issues with Ethics is how we &frame the Ethical issue, so we will look at some well-known methodologies for doing this.We will look at why Ethics is important to the corporate Brand and efforts that can be introduced through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, to improve the perception of the brand.
